Return Policy

Returns
We are sorry for the service breakdown and will do our best to make things right.  Please read on to learn about our simple return policy.

To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our address within 30 days of the order ship date (refer to your packslip). For orders shipped outside of North America, we will extend the qualification date up to 45 days of the order ship date to accommodate for the additional transit time. 

We recommend that return items be shipped via a traceable carrier so that packages don’t get lost. We will not be able to issue refunds or exchanges for untraceable packages.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within the time frame above in the original packaging intact and in the same condition that you received them (undamaged & unworn).

Items sold as final sale or with customized engraving are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund or Exchange
After receipt and inspection of your return, we will provide an email confirmation of our disposition.  If eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 1-2 days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  The original shipping charges will not be eligible for refund, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

If you are eligible for a refund, but would prefer an exchange, we will replace the item with the same or a suitable alternative. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the item back to you.

Gifts
If you were not the purchaser, but received our products as a gift, you can still return provided it meets the Returns eligibility noted above.  In this case, you could receive either a store credit for the item or opt for an exchange of another (priced equally or less than the original item).  You would be responsible for the shipping cost of the item back to you.

The store credit would be an emailed gift certificate.

Warranty
We provide a 12 month warranty on our products and will repair or replace items if they are found to have any manufacturing defects.  To qualify for a warranty, items must be received back to our address within 365 days of the order ship date (refer to your packslip).

We recommend that return items be shipped via a traceable carrier so that packages don’t get lost. We will not be able to issue warranty for untraceable packages.

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will provide an email confirmation of our disposition.  If eligible for a warranty, we will either repair or replace the item free of charge at our discretion. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning the items to us.  We will pay for the shipping costs of the repaired or replaced item back to you.
